RESERVATIONS
AND RATES: Reservations are needed. There is a two night minimum
on weekends (three nights on holiday weekends.) 50% deposit at
time of reservations, held by credit card to be used at final
payment, or until a check is received. Cancellation policy - with
a 3 week notice a 10% service fee will be deducted and then a
refund issued. After that time, a refund less the service fee,
will only be issued if the room is rented.
